The crew management services are in house provided from a controlled partner company, Argo Crew srl in charge for selecting, recruiting, training and payroll managing skilled seafarers through a high professional team.
Argo Crew srl is authorized by ANPAL, the Italian Labour Agency monitored by the Italian Labour Ministry, is also certified MLC 2006 (Maritime Labour Convention) by the Italian Maritime Administration, it is in compliance with STCW (International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers) in order to guarantee the embarking personnel safeguard in respect of the Minimum Safe Manning Ship’s Certificate and all seafarers labor rights.
As a responsible company who value the owner’s assets and the safety of the crew, we adopt other than the foreseen drill schedule on the vessel, also the distribution of safety videos to promote safety awareness amongst the crew in order to constantly improve the safety culture which is our main value.
